Our family’s roots are steeped in the production of sherry, dating back to our company’s founding in 1772.  We are the oldest, still family-run sherry bodega in Spain, and sherry remains at the heart of who we are.  We produce a wide range of sherries, and here is a selection of our most popular wines. sherry in glasses

fino sherryfino is vino

Osborne Fino

Fino is vino!  Instead of pouring yet another glass of chardonnay, reach for this light, bone dry and delicate white wine.  Finos range in color from bright straw yellow to pale gold, feature aromas of almonds, fresh bread dough and wild herbs, and a pleasant, fresh aftertaste of almonds.

Osborne Fino is a pale, straw colored wine with a fresh, impeccably dry crispness. It has a clean palate, and an extraordinary almond-like fragrance.

manzanilla sherry

  Osborne Manzanilla

Manzanilla is a light and pale sherry produced in the seaside town of Sanlúcar de Barrameda whose proximity to the sea contributes a unique freshness to this dry and delicate wine.

Osborne Manzanilla, the driest of our sherries, is a young, very delicate wine with a pale color, a lovely dry palate with notes of almonds and bread dough.

pedro ximenez premium sherry

Osborne Pedro Ximénez 1827

Pedro Ximénez (PX, for short) is a grape varietal that also gives its name to the wine. Once the grapes are picked, they are left to dry in the hot sun, which concentrates their intense sugars.  Generally very viscous and dark in color, PX sherries are complex and sweet with flavors of dried fruit.

Osborne Pedro Ximénez 1827 is the ultimate dessert wine, made from one hundred percent Pedro Ximénez grapes. This is one of the best and most complex examples of this style of sherry.  Pedro Ximénez 1827 has a dark, opaque color, and a bouquet of the essence of sweet raisins, toffee, molasses, and prunes. It has a very deep, layered, sweet flavor, and is velvety smooth and mouth-filling, without being cloying.
Alcohol by volume: 17%
